Huntington Group and its partners are currently seeking new investments in mixed-use development land, land for affordable housing program, and commercial buildings.  Our criteria for such investments are as follows:

Mixed-use Land

• Seeking acreage for commercial, industrial and/or residential development;
• Minimum of 10 acres;
• In current or future growth areas;
• Raw land or land with infrastructure;
• Minimum investment size of $100,000 (no maximum)

Land for Affordable Housing

• Residential Acreage for the development of single-family homes in low income areas;
• Minimum of 200 acres;
• Water/sewer accessible;
• Rural locations adjacent to metro areas preferred;
• Low income demographics;
• Minimum investment size of $200,000 (no maximum)

Commercial Buildings

• Value added investments;
• Minimum annual projected return on investment (ROI) of 25% achievable within 18 months;
• Conventional capitalization rate deals at 15% - 20% with low to moderate risk-grade income;
• Minimum investment size of $200,000 (no maximum)
