Chad Ward initially joined the Huntington Group / B&G Land Management in 1994 in El Paso, Texas. In 2000, Mr. Ward moved to New York to assume the position as CFO/Controller for the property and asset management division of Huntington.
Over the years, Mr. Ward has overseen all the financial aspects for the many companies associated with Huntington Group. The numerous properties/projects include over 9,000,000 square feet of industrial and commercial buildings, planned residential communities, golf courses, a logistics company, and other various projects.
Mr. Ward received his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at El Paso in Accounting, as well as earning his MBA in Finance. Mr. Ward has is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) candidate. Chad currently resides in Las Vegas, Nevada.
