:: About Huntington Group
Huntington Group grew out of the partnership of Gerald Wendel, Barry Lang and Stuart Lichter, who joined together to form Covington Capital Corporation in 1980. A pioneer and leader in industrial redevelopment, Covington transformed some of the nation’s largest, obsolete industrial complexes into thriving mixed-use centers.
Huntington is owned by Brian Wendel, David Ballard and Chad Ward. The partners have established Huntington as a multi-faceted and leading real estate company with a diverse portfolio of assets. Huntington’s partners have ownership in or manage assets worth over $100 million, including:

- 16,000 plus acres of land in New Mexico, California and Texas
- A home building company that constructs over 200 homes per year
